1. There are no shipping and handling costs on any of our products except pillows, duvets , folding beds,fridges, microwaves (or any item which has high volume and weight) unless it is previously discussed, or your order is under $600.00, then you will be charged actual shipping , handling fee & fuel surcharges.Outside GTA actual freight charges will apply and, you will be notified by e-mail of the additional costsinvolved before your order is executed. Once you have been notified of the additional costs and you approve them, we will then ship your order! In the event you place a custom or volume order the shipping charges are then listed on your quote as a separate charge and the free delivery does not apply to a custom quote. Any purchase orders received by fax, which does not specifically mentions the Freight but do infact attract freight will be sent back to the purchaser with a request to include the shipping, handling & fuel surcharges as mentioned by us.
2. Returns must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery. If for any reason it is longer than 7 days, returns will not be accepted! There is 15% restocking fees on orders under $1000.00 in value. Any orders over $1000.00 are charged at 25% restocking fee. NO exceptions! Any damaged or defective goods will be replaced as soon as possible. Any custom, special, promotion and clearance orders are not returnable. Goods which are altered or cut from their original condition may not be returned at all. All claims with respect to he shortages in delivery must be claimed within 48 hours of the material delivery.
3. Any credits issued will be made by the same method of original payment. All credits are also issued after authorization by management within 30 days of that authorization date. Unless otherwise posted, all notices will be in the form of email.
4. Customer Service hours are from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday, Eastern Standard time. Emails will also be answered during those times.
5. Methods of payment: We accept Visa and commercial cheques on OAC. and they can be made out to: CanAm Global Links Inc. 3483 Oakglade Cres., Mississauga, ON L5C 1X4 CANADA. 6.
6. All orders usually arrive within two weeks if for any reason it will be longer you will be notified by e-mail or telelphone.
7. Purchase Orders - We do accept purchase orders with proper credit reference and approval of purchase order. Once all terms are met the delivery is effected asap. Delays are normally notified to the customer. A $20.00 charge applies on purchase orders of value less than $200.00 to cover administration charges.
